Some time ago, well about 500 days or so ago, I signed up to the Day Zero Project, 101 Things in 1001 days – I thought it was a great idea to get you focused on goal setting – all the little intentions you set for yourself – like a big to-do list, I guess, with a fair amount of time to get it done by.
Anyway, I signed up, duly added all my tasks and the promptly forgot all about it.
A couple of weeks ago, I was reminded of it and took a look to see how I’ve faired without focus, and I’ve managed to tick off 18% of the goals I set myself back in January 2013. There’s still a load I’ve not yet completed, but I’m pretty pleased that some of them I’ve just gone and done anyway.
I’ve still got 7 goals to add to my list, not sure what they are right now, but, it is a timely reminder for me to start actually doing some of those goals… a lot of them are very simple, some of them a little more costly or time consuming, but all of them still valid which is great. So, now I have to get off my butt and get them ticked off! I’m posting this here because it’s kind of an accountability thing, and we all know how good accountability is, right?
So, if you want to check it out, see my list here: http://dayzeroproject.com/user/KerryAnne It’s free to join, and may just help you focus a little more on the stuff you’ve had on your list a while (if you don’t forget about it like I did!).
